April Reader Spotlight – Elizabeth Landrum

Welcome to the monthly installment of Reader Spotlight – in which we ask a library patron to tell us about their favorite books. April is National Poetry Month, so we asked Elizabeth Landrum, former poetry editor for SHARK REEF Literary Magazine, to share her favorite poets with us. She chose the following poets: Ellery Akers, Ellen Bass, Naomi Shihab Nye, William Stafford, Stanley Kunitz, Denise Levertov, Jane Hirshfield, Wendell Berry, Stephen Dunn, W.S. Merwin, and one collection of poetry, titled Poetry of Presence. Stop by the Reader Spotlight display in the library to read the poems on display or borrow one of Elizabeth’s favorites.
