All of Elizabeth’s and Henning’s books (of which the Library has seven) involve the themes of community, place, belonging, and how spirit manifests in matter. The two books they will talk about at this event are Eating Locally and Seasonally: A Food Book for the Community of Lopez Island (And All those Who Want to Eat Well), 2021, and Fifty Years of Biodynamic Farming: Essays From the Field, 2023.
In support of eating locally and seasonally, there will be a local foods potluck of finger foods. Please bring your offering to the feast!
