After a long hiatus, the Young Adult Readers of Lopez Island (YARLI) resumes meeting on Tuesday, September 1st at 5:00pm, OUTSIDE on the Library grounds. YARLI encourages readers of all ages to enjoy the wonders of middle-grade and young adult books. Since this is our first meeting since the lockdown, we are trying something a little different. Participants may discuss Driving By Starlight by Anita Deracine, a young adult novel featuring two Saudi Arabian friends navigating teen issues OR bring any youth book you have enjoyed recently to share.
