Garrett Mason’s “Circle of Fire” series, August 25, 26, and 27

This is a somatic creative series that variously employs breath, voice, dance, movement, song and storytelling to help participants connect with themselves and one another, express emotions that words alone cannot capture, and transform lived experiences into sources of strength, cultivating self-awareness, resilience, and authentic connection.
