Roots & Wings: Summer Fun with Asia Citro’s books

“Children need two things: roots and wings”

With summer more than half over and as days full of time with school age kiddos begin to wrap up, adding just a little bit of daily exploration can make all the difference in your summer days.

We have three great books by local author Asia Citro that are highly recommended for some summer fun and throughout the year!

She is the author of many children’s books and her work has been featured on Apartment Therapy, The Chicago Tribune, Today, Disney Baby, MSN, King 5 TV, Family Fun Magazine, and Highlights for Children, among others.
