Procrastination Station: Thursdays 3:30-5:30

Been putting that thing off? This is your sign to come get it done!

The Procrastination Station is a weekly co-working space for anyone who could use a dedicated time and a friendly atmosphere to focus, create, and get things done. Drop in with your laptop, paperwork, mending, writing, artwork, or that email you’ve been avoiding, and enjoy some shared productivity.

Thursdays, 3:30-5:30pm in the Sun Room. Snacks provided. Motivation optional.

Hosted by Ellen Zocher (voted “Biggest Procrastinator” of her high school graduating class).

This space makes use of “body doubling”, a productivity technique that many people, particularly neurodivergent folks (those diagnosed with ADHD, Autism etc.) use to start tasks and remain focused. Simply being in the presence of others can help a lot, especially for those whose brains can make unpleasant tasks especially tricky to tackle. All are welcome.
