Come join us at the Lopez Library for 2 costume making workshops for this year’s Procession of the Species: Saturday, 4/19, 11:30-2:30 and 4/21, 4-6 pm both in the Sunroom/Craft Corner of the Library.
Come make your more-than-human vision become a reality! Please bring any special materials you might need to execute your vision– for example, if you want to be seaweed, please bring in materials specific to this vision and our teaching artists and staff will help you get ideas for how to bring your vision to life! There will be very basic arts materials on hand and hot glue guns and a sewing machine or two.
The Take It or Leave It (TIOLI) is also an excellent source of materials and is open for shopping on Fridays and Sundays from 11-3 pm.
The Procession of the Species is on Earth Day: Tuesday April 22 at 5 pm
beginning at the Farmer’s Market green. We hope you can join the fun!
