In honor of April being National Poetry Month, join us for a local poetry event with Andrew Robin, in person at the Lopez Library or online over zoom, on Thursday, April 14th at 6pm for a reading and celebration of his recently published poetry collections, Stray Birds and Small Pale Telegrams From The World. Andrew has also published the collections good beast and something has to happen next. He is the recipient of the Iowa Poetry Prize and a Distinguished Teaching Award from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He lives with his wife Sarah on Lopez Island, where he works as a registered nurse and volunteers as an EMT.
