Our talented Weaver in Residence teacher, Barbie Paulsen, is inviting all of Lopez to come add a thread to the Lopez Library Tapestry that is “Of the Library, By the Library, and For the Library”. Barbie will be in the Sun Room every Wednesday in January and February from 1-5:30 pm to help instruct folks who drop by how to weave a thread into the tapestry. It is very easy to learn and Barbie is an excellent and engaging teacher. Come weave your unique thread into this incredible art piece that will be on display in the library once it is finalized.
