Dave Hall MD is a past president of Physicians for Social Responsibility and a longtime member/activist with the Ground Zero Center for Nonviolent Action in Poulsbo immediately adjacent to the Trident nuclear-armed submarine base on Hood Canal. All three organizations are affiliates of the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN), winner of the 2017 Nobel Peace Prize.
